We were lucky to find a spot in front of hotel and did not move the rental car for the 3 days we were there. We did not like that there is no coffee or even a bottle of water in the rooms at all. "Very welcoming , we only stopped for night but the room extremely, clean and spacious , pretty simple but everything we needed ,check in was effecient and pleasant , loved the rooftop pool as though October was 26+ and great for a dip and relax after walking round town. Underground parking was easy to use and decent value at 8€ a night. Great spot amongst the bodegas so quiet at night but only 5 mins walk into the old town action which was pretty buzzy on a friday night. Good value overall "

"Amazing apartment in a great location. Apartment manager Manuel was so friendly and knowledgeable with his recommendations on what to see in Cadiz. Apartment was well thought out and everything you could need was included. We loved having the separate bedroom. It was so good we booked a second night. Having a laundry that ewe were able to use was a great bonus. Would love to come back one day."

"This property was formerly a bakers home and it has since been transformed into a hostel is a lovely property but it needs a bit of work in certain areas namely sound proofing as you can hear when guests enter or exit their rooms or the main entrance door is open or close I was told by the receptionist that she could hear my conversation downstairs although my room’s door was shut and the window to the atrium was a bit open the toilet sink was clogged but the hotel staff quickly took care of it...

"When i booked property it had limited pictures and had a standing shower. When i saw thw room it was having a curtian bathroom. Water got out everywhere Also we had noted qe were 6 people and maybe i didnt look closely or rwad properly. There was only 1 bathroom. That too as explained above was terrible shower with water all over floor and we had to keep mopping We booked because it had 3 bedrooms but maybe this shower issue was a terrible experience. Ibooled for my brother family and i felt terrible to have thwm stay here. Owner was ok but they should fix this bathroom or not assign or guve to people who have the correct isea of bathroom. You cannot show standing ahower and give such a bathroom in a way it was deceptive practise. "

Luxury Family Villa at 50m from Natural Park with dunes & beach 300 m.

Perfect location near beach and town

"Great property in great location. Walk through dunes to beach and supermarket. Quiet neighborhood. Fantastic host who is there when needed and very attentive while always respecting his guests’ privacy. Other staff lovely, too, with special mentions to Paco the gardener and pool man and the wonderful Bibi whose paella was terrific and who brought a dessert to go with it that was delicious, too. The house has everything you could possibly need—three ways to make coffee, indoor and outdoor kitchens and dining areas, lovely garden, nice clean pool for cooling off, and wonderful gardens with lemon, date and pomegranate trees as well as other ornamental plantings. Place to park a car off the road and in shade. Fenced yard great for dogs. Views of the pine woods and dunes from the garden—they’re that close! We were just 4, but room for 6-8 comfortably. House is full of color and character, and has great and very functional bathrooms, comfortable beds, lots of towels, and everything else you need. Study used for meetings looked out over the garden, reminding us not to flunk vacation. Thank you Jef and all the team for your warm welcome and a fabulous stay at Villa Cameleon. We hope to return."

!! Villa with two beautiful chimneys, enjoy the winter!

A 50th Anniversary stay

"We stayed at the villa for a week in July 2024 as part of our anniversary plans. The were 11 of us including 3 couples with two 2 year olds. We were keen that everyone should have their own bedrooms with easy access to bathrooms. The villa is as described and the host communicated well with us during check in. Overall the villa is in good shape, well maintained and has most things you would need. The kitchen is well equipped although cookware and plates are stored in what appears to be a random manner. The bedrooms are a good size with two on the first floor two on the ground floor and two in the basement. All the bathrooms were clean and worked well. The pool is a good size and clean and there is an outside toilet and shower too. The garden is secluded and a reasonable size with two BBQs. You will definitely need a car or to use taxis if you want to explore restaurants, cafes and shops. We would certainly recommend the villa for a large family or group of friends."

"Was a lovely hotel! The view out to over looking the bay with Cádiz I’m the background was lovely! Waking up in the morning to that will certainly be missed! The staff were friendly and really helpful too. They did what they helped out as much as possible to get you what you everything you required."
