"Such a peaceful and spacious property. The cabin was only about 15 minutes or so from the Yellowstone West entrance. Very convenient to the park. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the host, Trent, was very accommodating. There were four of us, two active retired couples. We would all highly recommend this property for comfort and location."

"The property was wonderful. We were close to the National Park and town, but had a rustic country feel. We enjoyed the firepit and spacoiosness of the house. Kitchen was so well stocked! Could not have been better."

"The cabin was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. Three of my main criteria. We had some relaxing breakfasts and dinners at the cabin and caught some nice fish on the river. A great time overall. "

We call our home Foxwood Cove because of the lake cove and seeing fox around.

"This was a great location shared by six couples in their sixties. All en-suite bedrooms with a kitchen that was made for large groups. Who ever designed this house did a spectacular job they thought of everything. The movie room and pool table was justanother great touch"

"We enjoyed our stay. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay enjoyable. We end up cooking and grilling everyday in the house. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub one evening and it was very pleasant in cooler temperatures. The house is very close to the west entrance of the Yellowstone NP and very close to the town. "

"We enjoyed our stay in West Yellowstone in the beginning of June. The property is an easy 15ish minutes to West Yellowstone and the gate to the National Park. We appreciated all of the room that we had in this large home, and that we were able to cook meals and prepare picnic lunches. However, (considering the price) we were a little underwhelmed with the condition of the property. It needs some updating and the mattresses and linens were just OK. Overall it is located in a beautiful location...

"Wonderful property. Super clean and well stocked with supplies. The layout was just right offering plenty of space to gather and privacy when needed. Proximity to the West Gate of Yellowstone was good and allowed us to be in the park in 30 minutes. The town of Island Park offered a locally owned grocery and several eateries. Our family of 10 really enjoyed our stay"

"When I booked our stay at Bootjack Getaway, I had no idea how happy we were going to be with the house. The six of us, all 60s and early 70s, were planning to spend several days in Yellowstone, very close by, and the surrounding area to see the animals and vistas. So imagine our surprise when the first morning we wake up to look outside at the magnificent sunrise and see two Moose, a male and a female, not more than 25 yds from the house!!
