"We arrived at 1pm and ended up waiting outside the property for 3 hours before we could check in despite the sign on the door saying reception was open from 2pm. There was nobody around to help us and nobody to answer the phone when we called. The property itself was ok but very basic and there was bugs in the room. There is nothing at the complex in terms of anywhere to get any food / drink and everywhere is a drive away. The swimming pool was also disappointing and quite dirty."

"This resort room seemed fairly run down and needing some TLC. for instance the coffee table had lost its bottom shelf but the screw had been left sticking out! The bedroom was cramped the bed hard and the pillows even harder. Plus point there was a fridge to cool the wine!"
