"We always stay here to visit family and this hotel is consistent with service and friendliness. Although our do not disturb sign was not on the door, we never received room service so not sure if you now need to request it each day but the there were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths provided during our stay so it was okay. Just thought it was odd unless it’s a new policy. "
