"Our family stayed in this historic property for a celebration of life of family members who passed away recently. The beautiful and spacious front porch with rocking chairs and a swing was an amazing place to share laughter and memories while the kids played in the expansive front lawn. "We only needed to stay one night but wished we could have stayed longer because we enjoyed it so much. Very peaceful and has a country home feeling to it. The cat, donkeys, sheep’s, and a dog that likes to play fetch was an added on bonus. We will be staying there again if we come up that way again."

"House was just as listed. Plenty of space inside and outside. Lots of room for parking trucks/trailers. Great communication with host, he called a fees days before our trip and explained the best route and everything else we needed to know!"

"My husband and i are from welch pineville area. We came home for a union of my niece and her husband. This was perfect for our needs. The bridal party got ready here. The space worked wonderfully. I can see this as a frequently used home for our out of state family for important gatherings. The memories made in WV are always sweeter!"

"Solid place to stay. A lot of room for trailers. We had a 28 foot enclosed, a 24 foot enclosed, and 2 20 foot open trailers at once. Plenty of room to maneuver around. House is huge. Water pressure is great. Beds were comfy. Heater will run you out of the house, trust me. 10/10"

"This was our second stay and we were just as happy as we were the first time. We got to town a little earlier then we planned and the host was more then accommodating. The hosue has everything you could need for vacation and is big enough that you are not all right on top of each other. We will definitely be back to stay."

"Nice house, good location. We rode Spearhead Trails. Easy access although the town cop informed us that the one section of 460 is not for ATVs and that was the only way to get to trails. They didn’t cite or bother us so we kept going that way. And we frequently saw State troopers, Town cops and Sheriffs while we were there and they never stopped us. We all agreed that we would stay there again. "
