"Great location for a shopping trip to either Lakeside or Bluewater (or go to both like we did!) as it is in the middle of both. We were unexpectedly upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nice and spacious. Nice big shower and everything was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast, lots to choose from. Would definitely return. "

"A warm welcome on arrival by friendly staff. Easy check-in. Comfortable rooms. A nice range of hot and cold breakfast options including vegetarian options on request. Breakfast area was kept replenished and seating area kept clear and clean. Quick no hassel check out."

"I was checking in with my dog Rusty. Expecting problems checking in, I was greeted by the receptionist, Odura, (forgive my ignorance at the spelling of her name)! She welcomed with a big friendly smile, she took care of check in in minutes. One of the quickest check in’s ever. Odura is a credit to the Park Inn hotel in Southend."
