Les seuls petits bémols que j'y ai trouvé sont les moustiques: installer de vraies moustiauraires serait une bonne idée. A noter aussi que la ligne de train passe à 1 km: ce n'est pas génant du tout au niveau du bruit mais ca donne moins...
