"We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. Room was massively spacious, clean we actually loved it. Just down the road from the tram into the city centre which we navigated without any issues. "Very nice boutique hotel with a lovely check-in service. Pet friendly and nice amenities. Only negative was the lack of room service in the evening despite saying that it is available. Very confusing and a bit chaotic on our first night. The breakfast was outstanding and the rooms had a uniquely wonderful dance theme throughout the hotel. Other than room service confusion, I would happily recommend this small gem."

"the location is in a nice part of town. it is an extremely quiet part of town, having the window open while we slept was never a problem for noise. the hotel is spotless. the staff were terrific. the breakfast was exceptional. Our room had some large stains on the carpet and bed but the linen was clean and the bed comfy. The shower jets were a little blocked but there was still enough power for a decent shower.
