"What a lovely place this traditional Austrian guest house is. It still retains that charm that I love, with traditional Austrian decor and architecture. I've been coming to Austria to ski for 30 years and this is one of the best stays I've had. The hostess was absolutely lovely and her hospitality was impeccable. "Our only complaint was that one week here was not enough! We stayed for one week July/Aug 2024. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The bread service is such a nice extra perk! The kids loved the waterpark. The area is full of too many things to do! The kitchen had all we needed to eat in as often as we wanted. I couldn’t complain about anything but having to leave. "

"This is a perfectly fine hotel ruined for me because the wifi didnt work in my room. As a solo travellor it keeps me in touch. Using wifi in common areas is not for me."

"Anna was a superb host! It was my first time traveling internationally, and she made it a very welcoming stay with her warm demeanor. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and a guest mobility card is provided (different from summer card). I booked a double room which is small (I expected as such) but still very clean. Close to all the main transportation areas and walkable to downtown and Lake Zell. The view from my window was picturesque. Highly recommend!"
