Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. "We had an absolutely brilliant stay in the Chapel. It is much bigger than it looks with gorgeous high ceilings so it feels very spacious. With a two year old and a large dog, it never felt cramped or like we were on top of each other. And the bathroom is HUGE! We felt incredibly welcomed and will be back without a doubt.
