"Stayed for one night in room 20 which is a family room. The room was spacious and well equipped with tea/coffee facilities, USB charging, plenty of sockets, large bath and roomy shower. It is also well laid out for a family room with 2 separate areas. "My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. "Overall a good stay, free parking. Great staff, friendly, helpful and informative. Nice cosy warm large room with all facilities you would expect and a few extras (biscuits, water) Includes breakfast which made costs reasonable.
