"Luxurious and family friendly. Rooms are spacious and palatial with gorgeous patio. Also very quiet it was my grand daughter’s birthday and they made it special for her. Children get to check in, get a passport and collect stamps during their stay. The kids club is amazing. She wanted to go every day and the staff were so kind Ample lifeguards constantly watching and keeping everyone safe. Food was excellent. Will definitely be returning "

"The hotel makes a good impression from the lobby, but the standard room has quite small beds for a family if four (two adults and two small kids). At the reception they allowed us to do an early check in, which was amazing because we were extremely tired from the flight. The hotel has a construction work on its side, which makes it quite noise at the beach. "Booked the room for my husband and 2 kids for the RAK half marathon. The room was a decent size and location was good for the race. I booked a one bedroom suite. I asked at check in if the couch in the room pulled out into a bed and was told yes. This was not true. Ok. so asked for an extra bed and for extra linen for the couch. I didn't mind paying for the extra bed but the F.D staff tried to tell me that my two children could just sleep together in the single extra bed and didn't want to give...

"Staff were amazing - so eager to help, polite and bent over backwards to make our stay so great. Rooms were good quality and quiet in our location. Food was excellent especially at the Turkish and Steakhouse. However the new booking system means you have an internet scrabble at 9am to book the restaurants and they were all technically booked in 10 seconds. However, in reality they were deserted so we found our way around the system! Only negative was that it was full of rude Russians and...

"We extended our stay by another day. The hotel was good, spent half a day next to the pool, enjoyed a mocktail and had a nice meal. The King size beds are just right and room service quick and efficient."
