"We were welcomed with a drink on the beautiful balcony while they brought our bags to the room. The room was spacious and air conditioned, however; the comforter was heavy. The breakfast was wonderful. A very nice buffet with an incredible view. They even had mimosas! The spa and outdoor tub looked nice but we did not use. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Good stay but no Wifi for one day. They could not fix it. We also had to ask for soap on second day and no refills on coffee or other in-room amenities. Otherwise all good. Large rooms. Great location next to train station. Restaurant was surprisingly great. "

Amazing 2-day trip to Zermatt with family

"From check-in to the breakfast service team and onsite restaurant & bar, everyone was so friendly and helpful in making sure we had a nice stay in Zermatt. Also, the view of the Matterhorn from our room was amazing."
