"My mom and I traveled across Europe for almost a month, and this was by far our favorite accommodation. "The property exceeded expectations. The chalet has a nice character in a beautiful setting. Kitchen is small but everything works well. It would be a bit of a squeeze if all rooms were filled. I would definitely return if I get the chance!"

"We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared every morning with plenty of options. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing we wished was included was a hot tub in the spa. Overall great experience and would definitely come back. "

"We had a fantastic experience staying at the Schloss Hotel. Alex and his team were wonderful and created the perfect experience. The hotel is conveniently located to the train station, Gornergrat train, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Zermatt!"
