We offer a cozy, modern, clean, pet-friendly home in the heart of Rapid City that's just minutes from downtown, 30 minutes from Sturgis, and 45 minutes to Mount Rushmore! It features 3 bedrooms, an open concept kitchen and living room, a large fenced-in backyard, a fire pit, and a propane grill under a covered patio. We've gone to great lengths to make sure that everything you'll need for your stay is provided, including dishes, pans, coffee, games, and plenty of room! Take a look and book now!

Welcome to your home away from home! This contemporary, one-level house is centrally located and perfect for families, friends, and furry companions. With a large fenced backyard, covered patio, and comfortable living spaces, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Upon arrival, you'll be provided with a code for easy access to the front door. Inside, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The open-concept layout ensures plenty of room for everyone, and there’s a washer and dryer for your convenience. The one-car garage leads to the large fenced backyard, where your furry friends will have plenty of space to play.

Sleeping arrangements include three queen-sized beds in each bedroom, with an additional Pack 'n Play for little ones. When you're ready to relax, head outside to the fire pit area, enjoy a meal on the covered patio with a propane grill, or unwind on the deck chairs.

The living room features fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a large sectional couch for lounging. You’ll also find a wardrobe stocked with board games for some friendly competition. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including cups, plates, silverware, pots, pans, a coffee machine with coffee and creamers, and more.

We take great pride in keeping our home spotless for you. Between every guest, we thoroughly clean all surfaces, wash all bedding, bleach the towels, and ensure everything is fresh and in its place. Whether you need help or have questions about the area, we’re here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Other things to note
- For dogs: We don't allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies.
- We do not allow cats.
- If bringing a pet, a pet fee of $75 is required. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the payment, or you can pay through the listing platform.

Cancellation policy:
We offer free cancellation or 100% refund amount of payable if you cancel 30 days before check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).
IMPORTANT NOTE: All guests are REQUIRED to SIGN the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property.

Additional rules

1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.

2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.

3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved

4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the
neighbors and other tenants in the building.

5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If
there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.

6 If bringing a pet:
6.1 We don't allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies. No cats allowed.
6.2 A pet fee of $75 per is required. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the deposit.
6.3 Please clean up after your dog (pick up your dog's poop)
6.4 No pets allowed on furniture or beds.

7. Follow state laws when using fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.

8. For noise complaints:
8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
8.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

9. Please be mindful of neighboring personal property such as swing sets. Do not let children play on or use this without prior written permission. 

10. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning.

Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash

2. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher)

Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches). All damages will also be charged to guest.

* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $100.

* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
