"Great place to stay when visiting Waitomo Cave region. Close to a few places to eat, but not much around the area otherwise."

"We spent 1 night at this property. If you overlook some small things like a broken sink, floors that are taped down and broken furniture , you’ll be just fine. It’s clean, friendly and close to the things we wanted to do. Not bad, just needs a little upkeep and maintenance. I would stay here again. "

"It was a very different bed and breakfast experience. Did not ever meet or talk to the host. Instructions were wrote on a board as we came in. Room was big and clean. Nice views of the countryside. Continental breakfast at anytime. The hot tub was awesome. Only downside was we needed to carry our bags to the furthest room in the rain and right next to a highway so traffic noise all night"

"Perfect for our needs. Nice to have pool on a hot day. Dated but comfortable. Would have been nice to have milk and ordinary teabags, only Earl Gray provided. Unfortunately very noisy people in unit next door, coming and going, very loud, until 4am. Would recommend "
