"A upmarket lodge that was recently refurbished. Our room number 10 was large and tastefully furnished with a large modern bathroom and good amenities. The breakfast and dinner served at the restaurant was high quality. All the staff we encountered were polite and friendly."

"Both my husband and I and our 2 kids (10 and 13) enjoyed the ping pong table, kayaks, paddle board! Also, the CD movie selection is great as are the board games. You can also walk to Molly’s pub for great drinks and music! Property manager Grant was readily available and very accommodating. "

"We had x4 days of perfect weather staying in this beautiful part of Golden Bay. Our accommodation was excellent and was only a short walk from the idyllic Parapara Beach that is fantastic for walking and swimming, and it was a privilege to see the migrating bird life in large numbers.The estuary reserve area surrounding the bach provided a very peaceful and enjoyable environment to return to after being at the beach. Great base to explore other parts of Golden Bay."

"What a magnificent location - just set back from the inlet and at the edge of the trees with great views of the neighbouring hills. The Library is a very welcoming place with a brilliant host. Some really nice touches like the fresh local honey and to help make the cleaning easier, even a vacuum on the mezzanine. Beds are very comfy and kitchen is well stocked with all you need to make a great meal. Would love to come back."
