Didn’t need key when we arrived as house was already open which could be unsafe had anyone else went in before we arrived. The weather in Ohakune was not great meaning we could not ski. However girls had no problems occupying themselves. "The property is as listed. Beautiful, well appointed and serene location close enough to everything. BUT it took over 30 minutes and several long distance phone calls to obtain the correct lockbox code to enter the property which was really frustrating after a long day's drive. I hope they sort that out."
