"Without any reception or staff around it sometimes feels a bit like a ghost house. It's nice that it's generally a quiet area (when the construction work at the neighbour is not ongoing) but with the no-staff concept it becomes VERY quiet and some might feel unpleasant or even unsafe. I missed being able to get something to drink or a snack especially with no 24h store nearby. The fridge added to the bit of scary feeling, it was only after 2 days I realised the scary human sounding moaning...

"My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."

"There were few details one needs to consider, the stairs to the mezzanine level are steep and very slippery, it’s also uncomfortable to get to the bed. Light switch is so far that you can not switch it off from the bed. The WiFi and TV did not work in my room. There was 0 communication before my stay. However, the staff at arrival was polite and communicative. The flat was really clean and it was great to have a stove and a fridge. If you have any mobility issues, it’s not suitable for you. "

"This is the best apartment hotel experience in the Baltics. Rooms are specious, with good sturdy beds(unlike other places with featherweight ikea beds). The soundproofing is also good - i didnt hear other people in their rooms. Facilities are new and nice, has an elevator, checkin/checkout seemless. Have to mention that the checkout time is also noon - a luxury when most places kick you out by 10am. "

"We had really nice stay in Tallinn. Location was perfect and the apartment really nice. Door codes worked well and it was easy to communicate with the staff through the whatsapp. Breakfast place nearby was really nice too."

"Decoration and design was amazing, and apartment had all the amenitis. Also location was not bad. But there few issues: its not possible to fully open the window, ouside is light turned on all night and its not possible to fully cover the light, bed was sofa matrace, not the best :)"
