"This is a beautiful property we had an amazing time with family for Christmas we're looking to come back for summer. The only thing was we were not able to get a fast response from the property manager on things we needed to know but he did respond it was a delay I do believe he said he was out of town but other than everything was great"

"Amazing ranch. Cake into town for a wedding in McKinney and not a bad short drive away. It did rain quite a bit so heed the warning on the dirt road- it was quite muddy. Upon arrival for check in at 4 the crew was still cleaning. We just packed up and ran to the grocery store, but had hoped with the later check in time we could have dropped our bags first. The property manager was very attentive and brought more propane as requested. All in all, beautiful home, exactly what we needed to escape the huddle of wedding weekend. Beautifully decorated (even with Christmas decor!) would absolutely stay here again. "

Our Host was very flexible in working with us and our schedule & pets to make this special weekend happen for us! The Cozy Casita has all the comforts of home that with a county touch to include visits from a friendly guard goose! My wife and I will be returning to the Cozy Casita every time we visit our Daughter & Family!"

"The property starts with a beautiful drive through trees. Each cabin is secluded and our cabin was lovely. We were across from the rec room and the pool. We played a game of pool in the rec room and took a swim. We were unsure of the pool hours, but we still enjoyed our time. "
