The one weird thing is the number of times the hotel tried to contact me before my check-in. It was quite a nuisance. They emailed to confirm and then phoned me twice on the day of check-in. Neither time was I free to answer the call (the one time I was actually trying to scan my boarding pass for my flight and they were calling), but it felt a bit like I had a nanny! Very annoying!! "It's been ten years since we last stayed at The Westcliff, it is such a beautiful hotel with great service. Our suite was roomy and well-kept. Valentine's Dinner was a disappointment as service was extremely slow but overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful hotel, lovely spacious room and great food. Stunning view of the golf course. My recommendations is to go to the Suites. Only downfall was the waiters at the restaurant- too busy that they forget that they have a client (experienced this during dinner and breakfast). "
