Neither time was I free to answer the call (the one time I was actually trying to scan my boarding pass for my flight and they were calling), but it felt a bit like I had a nanny! Very annoying!! "It's been ten years since we last stayed at The Westcliff, it is such a beautiful hotel with great service. Our suite was roomy and well-kept. Valentine's Dinner was a disappointment as service was extremely slow but overall we enjoyed our stay."
