"We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing."

"Unmanned access, no breakfast or place to ask questions. Checking in was painful because the online system didn’t make the data entry easy for an English speaker. The room arrangement was great - there was even a door in the triple room and two bathrooms! Very unexpected and great. Rooms are simple but clean. AC was perfect. Basic overall but considering the area, it was a great deal and very convenient. "

"Wonderful spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed. Having a lift was great as well as a well kitted out kitchen and laundry. The location is amazing, but you will have to catch your taxi at the end of the street (very short walk). The restaurants in the area that were recommended were perfect for the vegetarian and meat eater. A short walk to Bips for groceries and we did a fair amount of cooking in the apartment. We really had a lovely time thanks to the team at Vintage Palma Palace"

"This apartment is in an amazing location. It is close to different restaurants, lots of shops, a supermarket, and bus stops. It was so nice to be in the city for breakfast and dinner and then was very easy to leave during the day to different beaches. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Mallorca."

"Everything during our stay was close to perfect! From the communication before hand to help us navigate the travel requirements on the island, to it being in the most ideal location we could think of. Outside the apartment was an amazing square with restaurants, bars, and music. Everything from sites, beaches, busses, and more importantly, gelato was a easy walk away. The information packet they provided as well was extremely helpful to find everything you will need. Please be aware however...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely, airy apartment with a great terrace. Very clean and great bathroom and cloakroom. Plenty of space. 3 floors up and no lift but fine with us as it meant we worked off the wine and tapas! We liked the little square it was positioned on. Numerous bars and restaurants so finding somewhere for breakfast or dinner was no problem. 3 minute walk to the cathedral and Main Street. Easy to negotiate the city from. "

"We have just had a fantastic weekend in Palma staying in Loft 5. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean & was in a great location for exploring the city. A couple of supermarkets close by and plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance. We loved spending time on the roof terrace overlooking Palma. Great communication with the host, we would definitely recommend staying at Can Rubi. "

"This place is a hidden gem. Each unit is very private with fabulous views, especially the sunsets. The pool was lovely to swim in, the staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a quiet terrace to eat and relax in and a small kitchen with all essentials needed to self cater. There is no lounge area in your space with sofas etc, but you don’t really need it with so much outside space. "We were very comfortable here for 9 days! The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The town is small, quiet, and charming, and its central location means that almost anywhere on the island can be reached in an hour or less. "There are soooo many good things to say. First the apartment is in a great area, the bed is extremely comfortable and there are lots of shelves and storage in both the bedroom and the bathroom to unpack and store your things- which is very rare. "Apartment was clean, well presented and for us…in a very lovely/quiet corner of Cala Santanyí (except the nearby bar music until 23.00 although the music suited us!). Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. Location/apartment/pool/parking were excellent and we will certainly look to book again."
