"1st impression, the hotel was a bit dated on the outside. Loads of spaces for parking. Just remember to validate your vehicle reg on the tablet in reception.Check in was easy, staff polite and pleasant. The place was busy.Plenty of space in the bar/reception area. Room was ok. We were put in a room overlooking the road. Double glazed windows didn't close properly. You could hear traffic outside and people talking as they walked past. Holiday Inn Express Manchester Airport by IHG

"Seems like the property was billed as having an airport shuttle, but it did not. The taxi that took me 1 mile to my hotel cost 20 pounds (something I hadn't factored into my budget). Then to get back to the airport was another 14 pounds. I think next time I will be staying at the IBIS, which is right across the street from the terminal. "
