"Room did NOT MATCH pictures. Toilet paper to be used on the floor. Holder not on wall. No bath gel/soap in bathroom or room. No fridge. Not pullout bed/sofa. Asked for a cot, told get a queen air mattress, just a twin. Hot tub did not work. No one around to ask for more linens for her air mattress. Paid to leave next morning at 11. 9 or 9:30 and got a knock on the door wanting to know if we could leave sooner due to hired someone to come fix toilet paper holder. I left before 11 but...
