"We arrived after a very long day of travelling to discover they could not find our reservation. It took a very long time but eventually we were given a room on the 3rd floor to be told the lifts did not work. I have some health issues so this was not ideal for me but we didnt have a choice. I have to say the staff were all very nice and friendly and very accomodating. The negatives for me was the bed was very hard didnt sleep too good for the 3 nights and doors are so heavy when people shut them...

Problems with internet, water and regular electricity cut offs which is quite difficult when temp is 35C and aircon is gone. No fridge or kattle in the room broken windows locks.
