"We had a wonderful stay. Wendy and Alan were friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed, right down to a rental car when we had trouble getting one. Wendy took us into Auckland to make sure everything went smoothly for us. Our VRBO was outstanding and lovely. Their place was absolutely beautiful. If we ever go back we will definitely book there for another stay. We loved the swimming pool as well, so relaxing."

"For the most part, things were fine. The check in process was straight forward, the place was clean. The listing/advertisement itself is not entirely accurate, for example it advertises a balcony and an oven, neither of which are present. The real downer, however, is that the house in general doesn't seem up to standard with the wiring/electricity. There is a family renting upstairs and as soon as they came home from work, it was just over for everyone. Power was just continuously shutting off...

"The apartment is brand new, spacious, clean, modern. loved two doors leading out to a private deck. Great views to One Tree Hill and sunsets. Had everything you needed. Also thought the roof top deck with BBQ and space was fantastic to be able to get outside. The only major drawback was the lack of communication re parking! I nearly got my car towed. And could find anywhere to park but there was parking all around."
