"For the most part, things were fine. The check in process was straight forward, the place was clean. The listing/advertisement itself is not entirely accurate, for example it advertises a balcony and an oven, neither of which are present. The real downer, however, is that the house in general doesn't seem up to standard with the wiring/electricity. There is a family renting upstairs and as soon as they came home from work, it was just over for everyone. Power was just continuously shutting off...

"Lush, well-tended gardens surround this gorgeous property tucked away in a quiet section of Auckland's surrounding neighborhoods. We really enjoyed our brief stay in the Kiteroa studio and wish that we had budgeted more time in this area. But the standout feature of the property were the hosts. The hosts couldn't have been more kind, generous, and all the words you can think of to describe the ultimate in hospitality. We had a fantastic time!"

"Stunning property. Stayed in preparation for a beach day. Clean toilets, kitchen and bedroom all with AC. Only thing was that it was lacking in some basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper etc) however the property is situated close to many grocery stores and restaurants. "

"Loved the property. Loved the location. It was quiet and comfortable and just a quick 3-minute walk to the cutest little beach. We walked into Howick Village as well and loved getting a feel for the neighborhood. My only (tiny) complaint is there is an extra charge if you want more than one bath towel per person - on our 2-week stay, I felt we should’ve been given at least 2 towels each. Again, a tiny complaint and we would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great stay in this modern 2-bedroom apartment. Kids had their own bedroom, and we had a master with adjacent bathroom. There are two balconies. We were a little worried about our 4-year-old climbing chairs on the balcony, but the balconies lock well and she could not open the doors. The apartment has assigned parking. We had a large SUV and the parking spots were very tight. This is a great place and highly recommended."
