"After visiting the hotel and looking over the premises, we decided to look for accommodations elsewhere. We cancelled our reservations for out 8 night stay. Despite cancelling, the hotel charged my credit card for the full amount for all nights claiming it is against hotel.com policy to not charge if the cancellation is late.
