"The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Breakfast was well served, with an option of hot food, which we didn’t try. Area outside the Hotel was very dirty, rubbish in the streets, graffiti and very uneven pavements. The Hotel, however was a shining star amongst it. We would return!"

"I’m very grateful for the property manager at Palazzo Bicocca Rooms. I had an excellent experience visiting Catania for the first time because of this great location. It is in the heart of the city, close to the Cathedral Basilica, Piazza Duomo, shopping, and dining galore. Any foodie would relish in the opportunity to sample the variety of restaurant choices all within this beautiful Sicilian town. My trip included an excursion to one of the most active volcanoes, Mount Etna, which included a food & wine tasting. I would not have taken this tour unless the property manager strongly suggested it! He is very knowledgeable of the area, kind, and willing to work with your needs. "
