"The staff was so wonderful and warm to (Jaime Melo and Sal and Nonno Baglieri) special gratitude to Ritonela Federico and Biagio. They helped beyond expectation to all our needs. Changing of room was done immediately and smoothly. We all felt so welcomed and would promote this great Family resort to everyone who appreciates peace and quiet and amazing staff. Breakfast was an abundance of great fresh food and baked goods, all that one would expect and some. Us Canadians are so grateful. Thank...

Hotel Eremo della Giubiliana

5.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (119)
"A beautiful property in a stunning picturesque setting. Full of character & charm, great breakfast & dinner available. Bathroom could do with updating and rooms feel very dark. Biggest drawback was our room which we booked for a family of 4 and were given a room right in the centre of the courtyard by the restaurant and the children’s bedroom was adjacent to the noisy kitchen. Needless to say it was very disturbing and loud and the hotel were not able to help or move us, which was a real shame...

Locanda Don Serafino Historical Boutique Hotel

4.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (85)
"Great location. Walked to San Giorgio Duomo every night. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious. We knew there was a small shower before arriving, by far the smallest shower we have used in all of our stays all over Italy. The bed was not comfortable. It had some sort of feather or horse hair mattress topper. It was very hot to sleep on. The air conditioning did not keep the room cool at all... and we asked about it twice and we were told we were not using it correctly. We tried it on every...
