"Easily one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Impeccable service and standards. We stayed at three hotels in Kolkata for our trip and this was the clear winner for us. The staff were very helpful and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Everyone from the concierge, house keeping, fnb services and the Taj club were so welcoming and accommodating. A shout out to Bimal, Kishan, Rajesh and the team we met in the Taj Club for their impeccable hospitality. There was a particular lady from the Taj Club that really stood out from the rest but unfortunately we didn't get her name. Defintiely would stay here again! "

The hotel's restaurant served a variety of dishes with a special emphasis on Bengali cuisine, which I absolutely loved. The food was flavorful, and I particularly enjoyed the local delicacies. "I hardly ever write reviews but I felt like I had to for the Raajkutir! Such an absolute gem of a hotel. Unremarkable from the outside, but once you enter the grounds are so beautiful and traditional in style, you can’t quite believe that the hustle and bustle of Kolkata is just the other side of the wall. The rooms are STUNNING, the food delicious, and the staff are falling over themselves to help you. I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Raajkutir! "
