"A great house for us, 3 adults & 111 year old. Convenient for showing family the beaches & getting on a Cape Reinga trip! Shops & restaurants within 2 km. Just beautiful looking out the ranch sliders & kitchen window.Only downers were no curtain on a small highup window in double room - we covered it cos we didnt want to wake up with the sun : ). Also would have appreciated a hose connection for washing sandy swimwear outside & a connection inside to use the washing machine. Wouldve contacted...

"I loved EVERYTHING about this property! Immaculately clean and fresh, such comfortable and inspiring decor (including from local artists!), comfortable beds, pillows and linens, exceptionally well-appointed kitchen...the stunning views from every window, the exhilarating outdoor "rain" shower and falling asleep looking out at the star filled sky...our family didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back!! "

"This listing is more then just a tad misleading... It says pet friendly, but no secure area for the dogs or any shelter. Leaving about 1sqm for the pets inside when it rains. The use of space in a tiny home is probably the worst ive seen. A big bed with ZERO use of wall space for storage. No toilet scrubber for the toilet is one of the finer details they are missing here. They said there was a BBQ and fire available, neither of these were true. We asked for firewood as they said to...

"The location and setting of the property suited us perfectly after a tiring day fishing to return back to the comfort and serenity of the property was amazing..... would highly recommend for any group be it family or Fishing mates"

"We chose Moana Vista for its facilities, location and pool! It did not disappoint! The layout was perfect for our family of 6 adults and two minis. Easy indoor and outdoor flow. However, we were blown away by the pool! So amazing and a real treat! David, the property manager was friendly and very helpful. All in all we had the best time."

"Lovely welcoming hosts, Lise was prompt and attentive. We just stayed the one night but it was a very restful and relaxing stay, very private and serene garden areas to enjoy, and all just a short walk to the Kohukohu CBD : ) Very handy to the pub and shop and just across the street from the bowls club where the locals will happily welcome you for a sneaky beverage, there’s some folks there enjoying a bowl and a beer most nights during the summer nights."
