"I frequently visit Ljubljana, and Austria Trend Hotel has always been my go-to choice due to its convenience and exceptionally friendly staff. On my last visit, I accidentally left a valuable item behind. The team not only found it but also kept it safe until I could arrange collection. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Highly recommended!"

"I was really happy with the comfortable bed, kettle and complimentary coffee and tea, storage space for luggage and clothes, even a steamer for clothes in the room, the stable WiFi, great selection at breakfast, the restaurant, the hotel’s location close to shops and the old city; the design of the shower room was not very practical / not what I would have preferred, but it was still alright. "

"Continuing from where I was before… The other aspects we found frustrating were that the room was so hot! The first evening there it was roasting, found it hard to sleep! But again the staff were great and even though the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on, they made the effort to supply a portable air con machine which took the heat off a bit which ultimately meant our baby could then sleep peacefully! In summary, hotel was okay, I’d be open to staying somewhere else if based upon hotel, but wouldn’t as the staff deserve all the praise and would ultimately be the reason as to why I would stay again and recommend to other people visiting!
