"Very enjoyable stay. Perfectly located right next to Loftus Versfeld, shops and restaurants. The staff were all amazing, friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault anything about the hotel - the only slight inconvenience was the fact that late nigt room service wasn't an option. Overall though, fantastic!"

"This hotel / resort is in a fantastic setting, natural life and greenery all around, and close to Hartebeespoort Dam. The staff are super friendly and went above and beyond. It's all newly built, the modern touch is a plus when many others feel stuck on a theme and dated. My room was spacious with an open bathroom, flat screen TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, overhead bedlights, air-conditioning etc. all great. The view from room 504's balcony was stunning. "It has gated underground parking lots with guards. The room itself was ok and clean. Fairly small but manageable however the bathroom is relatively small, but warm water came out instantly. Although I had no breakfast and dinner booked, I could easily go and pay it after finished. Somehow they made a small mistake about the reservation of the room. So that someone else knocked at my door in the middle of the night what has cost my sleep. That was not ok."

"The guests received the wrong room type on check-in... where they were placed on the 2nd floor that's all smoking rooms, while a non-smoking room was booked & requested?! Personally, I can't imagine that while in SA one is not allowed to smoke inside buildings any longer, that it is still even allowed to smoke inside hotel rooms as being seen as public places - awful!"
