"This condo is clean and spacious for 4 people…. The location is very good and close to beach and amenities…. The check in process was very efficient and helpful. Probably best to have a car for groceries/touring . However very nice restaurants are within walking distance…. The check in process was seamless and although the pool was in need of repair. It did not hinder our holiday given that it was late April….. highly recommend. Thank you."

Situated in a quiet area that is a few minutes walk away from a large shopping centre, and roughly 20mins walk away from the city centre! "Nice clean modern condo. The Good: like new, modern, most amentities provided. Good WiFi and good location walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Felt very safe and secure with indoor, private parking and gated parking lot. The Not So Good: not exactly a " Beach Villa". Felt and looked very insitiutuonal. Could use a couple simple things in the kitchen like spatula, scissors, and basics like salt and pepper. Woke to the sound of dogs barking every morning. Even though it was not...

"The quality and size of the “apartments” (they’re basically houses, it’s great) is phenomenal for the price. To have a private back deck, many air conditioners, a kitchen, a nice bathroom, FOUR sets of sliding doors.. it was great. Friendly cats run the grounds, par for the course in Europe. Parking is a little tight and it’s in a quaint area of the island but those very small “negatives” are so heavily outweighed by the friendliness of staff, 24 hour pool and big clean rooms that it’s barely...

"Stayed at this hotel for a week. The balcony had a great view of the harbor and breakfast was amazing. Hotel staff is very friendly and it is just a short walk to the downtown area with several restaurants and bars. "

"This is a very convenient location on the island for the following reasons. When staying at other hotels in the tourist areas such as furnas/ sete cidades you have to drive up steep roads daily to traverse in/out of your hotels city. That can take hours of your day away and depending on time of day (night hours) or weather can be unsafe having to commute such steep terrain. This hotel is located conveniently in the middle of the island, away from the main city so you can enjoy nature (15 min drive to Ponta Delgada). Staff was excellent, they provide you with a cellphone for your room which they communicate with for reservations/ attraction ideas to visit, any questions you might have. Beach is conveniently right there, myself and every guest i saw enter during my 1 week stay there all said “wow” when you walk in and take in the views at reception. I miss my stay there already. "

"This historical property is located in the Terra Nostra Garden Park. The garden is huge and delightful to explore. Even though the large thermal pool was closed due to renovation, we were able to enjoy the smaller thermal jacuzzis. We also enjoyed the dining room for breakfast and dinner. "
