"Everything about this Fairmont stay was fantastic! It's a relatively new and beautifully decorated hotel from top to bottom. The staff really went out of their way to make our experience a great one. "Large and very pleasant room. The design of the lobby and common spaces is beautiful. However somewhat let down by inconsistent service (every day something different was missing from the room), treatment cancelled at last minute at the spa and a disappointing breakfast for the price (limited fruit choice & the cook didn’t know how to cook an omelette!). The outside space is also disappointing. The hotel is built over a shopping centre and the outside space is not very pleasant."

"The riad décor is beautiful as all raids are. The location is great right in the edge of the medina. The shower in my room was broken so it could not stay up on the holder and the hose had leaks so water sprayed everywhere and the door didn't shut so water got all over the bathroom floor every time I showered. I'd say this is more of a three star hotel, not four. The staff was kind and welcoming. It was nice to have an elevator. The wifi was not strong enough to take a work call so don't plan on...
