"My mom and I went for a relaxing long weekend and got exactly that! The condo is so homey and comfortable. The view is pretty, just not a full view of the water. The kitchen is fully stocked like it’s home. We loved it and will absolutely be back!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Benjamin’s by the Lake. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped with all we needed for our stay. Hosts were friendly and helpful and getting into the property was a breeze. We traveled to north central Arkansas to enjoy the Ozark mountain roads and do some fall hiking. We found plenty of places to explore within an hour of the condo. Condo is located in a beautiful area of the state. "

"The locations was so perfect for us. Not far from greers fair lake at all. The Mountain View was awesome! You could see Sugar Loaf Mountain as soon as you go left out of the condo driveway. Anytime we had to communicate with the owner Joe. He replied back and helped us with whatever we needed. We loved it!"

"Condo was as presented in pictures. Very nice and cozy and impressively clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have private balcony. Stairs to unit, so plan accordingly. Parking was front row near ramp to stairs to unit. Great location."

"This felt like home away from home. Very clean and decorated really cute. We typically stay with Wyndham Resorts at this location, but there was no availability for the dates we wanted. This was a very nice, reasonably priced, option and I'm happy that I found it. Will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits. (My parents live in FFB so we are frequent visitors)"

"Everything I was expecting was communicated accurately. The place was nice and spacious overlooking a couple of fairways on the local golf course. Relaxing, quiet, stars at night, sipping coffee outside in the morning with no background car noise. Everything we needed was close by. I would say that if you just want to get away and relax and not break the bank give this place a shot. You will not be disappointed."

The host answered all of our questions in advance, and was incredibly communicative about the state of the property in advance of our trip. Check in was easy, check out was easy, and the four days in between were wonderful. The area is delightful, the property was comfortable, and if we plan another trip to the area in the future, we would love to stay again."
