"Our cottage was located about 30 minutes north of Bordeaux in a very quiet community. The owners lived right on the property and if we needed anything we’re just a knock on the door away. The unit itself reminded us of our lake cottage with cozy but somewhat outdated furniture. But that suited us just fine. Our main purpose was to have a home base to visit wine chateaus and it was perfect for that. "

"The owner of the house, Flo, was very helpful as our stay of 10 days was longer than the normal stay. We based out of the house in Bordeaux and did spend several nights out in other parts of the area. It is well located with easy access to bus for the train station and tram to go further downtown. "

"We had a great stay here, staying locally for a christening. The house is so peaceful and tranquil amongst the vineyards and next to a small forest. It’s really well appointed with all of the bits and pieces we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kids loved the garden too! Highly recommended"

"This apartment turned out to be ideal for me. The tram line was a 10-minute walk, and a LeClerc supermarket about a 6-minute walk. It isn't very close to any of the area attractions, but that means it was very quiet and peaceful, especially out in the beautiful garden! Everything is accessible by bus or tram, however. "This is such a wonderful place to stay. Stunning, spacious, quiet, relaxing and utterly beautiful. The swimming pool is excellent and was well used. Facilities were all super. Decor was really amazing. Béatrice and William our hosts were lovely. They live next door but were not intrusive just very helpful with our stay. Would definitely love to return. "

"We really enjoyed our time in Bordeaux - such a beautiful city with lovely buildings and streets. We will certainly return. The accommodation was just right for us, thank you. Also, thank you to Tristain who met us on arrival and explained all to us. Facilities in the accommodation are good with excellent bed rooms and family dining area. The only issue for us was the shower in the lower bathroom: with first use we noticed it flooded out onto the floor - so had to use only a small flow of water...
