"The property was nice for an older hotel. The parking garage was unclear on how to park.We enjoyed the awesome breakfast and the evening happy hour. The website showed a hot tub which was cemented in and the pool was not heated so even indoors, it was too cold to swim in. However, The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The price seemed fair for our stay. We look forward to staying again."

"Need to get rid of satellite tv and convert to streaming! I stayed there during a heavy rainstorm and the tv signal was horrible. "

"Stay was good from check in up until checkout time. I the morning of checkout I called to verify if checkout was at 11 or 12 and was informed 11 and I asked if I could have an hour ext till 12 and was told no. They don’t do extensions "

"I usually stay at a different Holliday Inn Express but I was in North Dallas so I chose this one. It was very convenient to where I had meetings and easy to get to. Breakfast was good. Both days I had issues with the door keys not working. It was resolved after a couple of trips to the front desk. Overall it was very good."

"Nice breakfast and relaxing area to eat. Loved the fruit infused water offered at reception desk. Only mild complaint was street noise for a limited time. I would stay there again."
