"Our experience was quite good with this hotel. We had a newly renovated room which was clean. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, so expect some noise. The only thing I would say is the breakfast of €10 is not worth it, there's a Boulangerie around the corner of the hotel, which has great coffee and pastries. There's the city tax to pay and a deposit, which I hope we'll get back, since a lot of people have issues with that. There's also a cleaning tax so keep that in mind."
