"A wonderful property and lovely hosts. Elizabeth and Jean-Christian went out of their way to welcome us. A great selection of maps and tourist information on hand for your days out. The village itself (a very short walk) is tranquil with basic amenities - Bakery, farm shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. The house is cosy and very well equipped for your stay. We would heartily recommend to other families. We expect we will visit again!"

"Really enjoyed our two nights here - Dorothee and family have a gem of a property in their garden. We loved the parking and private access via the bridge running over the river Vienne passing by the side of the property. Well placed for visiting the coast - Veulle Les Roses a lovely village and well worth a visit. Just over 2 hours from Calais so useful to break a journey."

The stairs are quite steep and the children’s beds are softer and were better for us (sore backs). The yard (and home) is absolutely beautiful. There’s a choice of local supermarkets, a McDonald’s, a park with mini golf etc. Dieppe is a nice seaside town about 45 minutes drive away, there’s a good theme park about 30 minutes away, the labyrinth maze about 10 mins away and wildlife parks etc too....

"My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay for a long weekend away from Paris. The property is very well maintained and is well situated for exploring the Normandy area. It's great for small kids in particular, as you have a private yard with a playground and sand pit. "Overall a great stay. Just what we needed for a week of doing nothing in a cosy, beautiful big house. If you want to get away from reality for a while this is the place. House was a perfect size for me and my family! We stayed here for Christmas and it is just what we wanted. "A beautiful property with a big outdoor space. A 20-30min drive will get you to plenty of lovely walks and sites- rivers, monasteries, beaches, animal parks. There’s a farm opposite which our children enjoyed watching the tractors come and go and the cows in the fields. Supermarket is a 10min drive. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and equipment. The housekeeper meet us on arrival and at departure and there was speedy communication when we had a power cut. A lovely stay enjoyed by all"

"Our Canadian add UK family met here for a much anticipated reunion. This is a gorgeous property that provided plenty of space for ten adults and six children. The house is lovely with a well stocked kitchen, lots of comfortable sitting areas, and a great patio where we sat outside for meals and evening chats. The grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed the big pool. Kate was a lovely, helpful host. All in all a great stay! "
