"The apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of everything you want in Madrid. We had access to all grocery stores and restaurants within 2 blocks. We also had at least 4 theatres within 2 blocks of the apartment. The apartment itself was a pristine, modern and very clean place with all the requirements anyone would need for long or short stays. "Great stay in this lovely apartment. It is close and very easy walking distance to Sol, Plaza Mayor and REALLY close to El Rastro. 24 hour Carrefour supermarket on the corner, Tirso de Molina metro at the plaza at the end of the street. Spacious, comfortable and quiet. Great to have a small kitchen and a washing machine. Would recommend. Only be aware there is a lift but there are 8 or so steps up to the lift, 3 without a balustrade."

"This is rental is truly unique. It felt clean and the kitchen and dining area was great and open to use as a family. The location is close to major sites like the Palace and lots of food and grocery stores. The only complaint was the basement bathroom had a very strong musty smell to it. We kept the door closed and it didn’t affect the rest of the room and the other bathroom was fine. There is off and on street noise but it is to be expected in these old buildings.
