Enjoy your vacation on our homey acreage, quiet secluded surrounded by trees and less than 10 minutes to Sylvan Lake and town center beach area
Large front entry
We have wide open floor plan with very inviting kitchen and living room, wood fireplace you will find everything you need. Including a gas barbecue, and hot tub out the patio door.(hot tub only available May - October
Large selection of board games and crafts for rainy days
Upstairs has master bed room with king sized bed, large tile shower
its own door out to 2 tier deck and hot tub.
Second bedroom upstairs has double bed, hooks and drawers, lamp
Bedroom 3 upstairs has a Queen size bed, desk, night stand and lamp
Downstairs has pool table, dart board, poker table and bar area
Bedroom 4 downstairs has Queen size bed, hooks, desk, night stand and lamp
Laundry room
Theater room which is used as 5 th bedroom with double sofa bed and 2 couches
Home will sleep 12 comfortably
Outside areas include large 2 tier deck with tables and chairs, with umbrellas if needed, large wood fire pit
If you have little ones there is a large play center, pedal car, a trampoline, horseshoe pits , volleyball or badminton nets can be set up if requested
You will find a beautifully landscaped yard and a great way to relax after a long day out.

Wonderful getaway
Our family enjoyed a really special Thanksgiving weekend from the moment we arrived to the time we left. From the trampolines, sandbox, badminton & crib board to the hot tub, firepit, pool table and theatre room ... this home had something for everyone. We would all love to spend Thanksgiving here again!!

Ladies weekend getaway
We had a fabulous stay! Beautiful home and property, lots of room to visit and play games. The pool table/games room was fun! Hot tub was great! We enjoyed a movie in the theatre room, felt like we were at the movies! Overall a great place to rent, and good value.

Guys Weekend near Sylvan Lake
Our group had a fantastic weekend at Lori’s place. It had everything we needed; a great kitchen, bbq, hot tub, fire pit and theatre room. Lori herself was a great host, very easy going and accessible. We highly recommend Lori’s place and would love to stay again

Excellent location. House was spacious and clean. The backyard was excellent for kids. Lori was very friendly and extremely accommodating (giving our children horse rides on our last morning there which made their whole trip). Thanks for everything!

Fantastic Home
The house was clean, kitchen well stocked and Lori was a great host. We actually booked it two weeks in a row and hopefully we will be able to book it more as it was a great experience. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone!

Wonderful stay in the country
We had such a fabulous stay at the property. As a group of friends with many little kids (aged 6 months to 7 years old), this was a perfect house - comfortable for all the adults and perfect for keep the kids entertained. Between the trampolines and pushcart and playground and horses to pet, we couldn’t have asked for more! Thanks for a great visit!

Great getaway
Everything as advertised and then more. It was a fantastic place for our family get away The facilities were well equipped and a close drive to several beaches. We recommend the Sandy Point beach. Our weather was not what we hoped but there was so much to do at the house that we enjoyed our time there. Wifi was on the slow side if you are addicted to such things.

Family get together
Loris place was a great spot for a little get together with a few members of our family. There was so much to do on the property. The kids loved the play structure, cars and trampolines. Lori and her family stay in the shop on the property which worked out well for us the few times we needed her. We would definitely come back, even in the winter.

Sylvan Lake summer holiday - 2023
We very much enjoyed this property with all the amenities offered. The kids enjoyed the freedom of cycling and roaming that they do not have in the city. Lots of outside toys and activities. They especially liked the pedal car! Easy access to the boat ramp at Sunbreaker Cove as well as to the beach at the Town of Sylvan Lake. A+ rating from us!

Family gathering
The property was perfect for our three families getting together for a few days. The house is spacious and comfortable, but we spent most of our time in the backyard. The kids were occupied all day with the play structure, trampolines, hammocks, horses. We enjoyed time around the fire and the fire table. Lori was quick to respond and help us out when we had questions or needed anything. We have recommended the property to others and would like to stay again.

Family Day Weekend
This property was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway for our g4oup of 12, which included 4 children and a dog. Great home, fun outdoor space with playground, trampoline, hottub, and a fire pit(even if yesterdays snow put a damper onour weiner roasting plans!) Lori was a super responsive and accommodating host and on her suggestion we went into Sylvan Lake one day to enjoy their Winterfest activites. Thanks again!

Great family gathering place
7 of us came together from different provinces for a wedding at a local venue. Had amazing visits in this cozy quiet home between functions. Lori quick to answer questions but VRBO messaging slow to load. Only wish there was a closet or 2 for our suits and dresses, otherwise made good use of hot tub and all amenities - sorry Lori we forgot to reset the pool table!! Thank you so much for making your home available!!

Great for Kids
There were 10 of us in our group - 6 adults and 4 kids under 7. The accommodations were great for all of us, especially for the kids. They really enjoyed all the various activities that were available for them - play area, trampolines, lots of green space to run around in, great places for riding their bikes with no traffic, and the best of all - the go cart. There was even lots for them to do inside if the weather was lousy - games, TV, theatre room, toys, crafts, etc. And everyone really enjoyed the hot tub, especially after the kids went to bed. If you have a large group and you needs lots of activities for eveyone, this place is great.
