Quite a few stairs so tricky if you are not mobile. Location was excellent. In the midst of the town without being overly noisy. "Amazing apartment just a few minutes walk to the gate of lucca. Massimo was a wonderful and helpful host. Parking inside the property meant we didnt have to worry about finding a spot etc. Would highly recommend this place. We stayed in late fall / early winter and the power cost was approximately $15 per day for heat etc. So please budget this in your cost. Very comfortable and elegant property. "

"Happy to recommend Simona's property. An excellent location as a base to visit the surrounding area and beyond...and just to walk out of the door and enjoy walks in the immediate locality. "My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"This property was incredible. The 7 large windows allowed for a cool evening breeze and anywhere in the apartment gives a beautiful sea view.
