This beautiful, clean, modern property has the most comfortable beds! We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms and hotel location. The property consists of two buildings that are approximately two blocks apart but still easy to navigate! We highly suggest staying at this property, especially if you are looking for a hidden gem in the heart of the old city!

A very nice property. There weren't any businesses or restaurants nearby, at least for someone with limited mobility. Despite that, I would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Once. Rooms are big, bed very comfortable, well appointed large bathroom, beautiful towels, great breakfast and lovely staff.

While the property is well maintained and comfortable, it lacks permanent hospitality staff and more breakfast choices for the price. Amenity instructions were not as complete for those of us not familiar with their Sky TV controls. There was an offer to call in case of questions, but for the price a resident hospitality person is needed as with other similar proprties.

I love this hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is modern and super clean with luxury touches. It is so close to everything in the centro of Queretero which is amazing. We will definitely be back, but for a longer time!
