Both recreation and relaxation await at this three-story condo in Quechee, beautifully situated at the end of its row with views of the forest canopy. Enjoy all sorts of year-round activities at the Quechee Club nearby, and return home each evening to dine outside on the deck or curl up in the warmth of two fireplaces.
This multi-level condo sits less than two miles from the Quechee Club, where you can purchase a pass to access two championship golf courses, a driving range, indoor and outdoor pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, eight Hard-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, paddle tennis, a lake with boats, a dock for fishing, a beach, an alpine ski hill, and a trail system for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and backcountry skiing. In the surrounding area, you can easily visit the quaint villages of Woodstock (eight miles) and Hanover (12 miles), not to mention the nearby slopes of Killington Resort (28 miles) and Pico Mountain (30 miles).
The condo is open, spacious, and well-maintained, from the new decks and sliders to the comfortable furnishings throughout. Make yourself at home in the kitchen, dining area, and living room on the second floor, or head downstairs to the den to find a game table, a gas fireplace, and a second smart TV. Come summer, step outside to light the gas grill on the patio and set the table on the deck for a sunset dinner.
There are three bedrooms on the top floor, including a primary suite overlooking the forest with its own balcony, desk workspace, and bathroom (please note, however, that the jets in the tub are not for guest use). One ground-floor bedroom, a washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
