The host communicated very fast and provided all the necessary information, the interior was cozy and charming, the unit was sparkling clean and was well equipped, it also had an amazing view of the river and Quebec City. Commute to the Old Center was super easy: a 10 min walk to the ferry and ferry ride.

Delightful stay in Quebec City area!
We stayed at Le 3 Montcalm for 3 nights. It is a cozy little apartment, just right for a couple. Jean-Francois (the owner) met us there and showed us how everything worked- he was very pleasant and accommodating. The kitchen was well-furnished and the Wi-fi worked very well. The apartment is about 1/2 mile from the Levis-Quebec City ferry terminal, so it was very convenient. It is an uphill walk from the ferry and the apartment is on the third floor up stairs on the outside of the building, so it would not be an appropriate place for a person with mobility issues. We, however, found it to be a perfect place to stay to explore the Quebec City area. One night we were even able to watch a fireworks show over the St. Lawrence from our little balcony!

GORGEOUS apartment! Quick walk down to the ferry and we actually really enjoyed staying across the river from QC for the view alone. Jean-Francois is a lovely, communicative host and the apartment is unbelievably pretty and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Quaint, cozy and conveniently located
Jean Francosie contacted me soon after arriving at the property to make sure that everything was fine. If you follow his directions exactly, getting into the property is easy! The kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom were clean and well equipped. The property is located a short walk away from the ferry to old Quebec!

Cozy, large,all amenities with fantastic view
This is a very cozy large one bedroom apartment. Bed was great. Fantastic view across the river to Quebec City. A block from the river and few blocks from the ferry that takes you across to Old Quebec for 4$. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed including a full kitchen. You do need to take two flights of stairs up. I'll be back when through again!

Great place to stay. Close to the ferry.
Owner was very nice and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need right on site. Shower was low flow and not very hot was only problem. Construction also woke us up however that's not owners fault. All in all I would stay here again for sure!

The Diamond of Levis!
The apartment was absolutely beautiful, looked just like in the photos. Jean-Francois was incredibly gracious and very tentative with making sure my girlfriend and I had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Even with payment issues, he was patient with us and still treated us like special guests. My only regret is that we did not get to book this apartment for our entire visit to Quebec! Would highly recommend and will definitely book again next time we visit! P.S. We accidentally ran into Catherine during check-in/check-out but she was incredibly accommodating and genuinely welcoming to us. She gave us useful pointers about the surrounding area of Levis and gave us extra time at check-out to get ready for our travels.

Exceptional Experience!!!
Our stay at Le 3 Montcalm was more than we could have asked for! The space was extremely neat and tidy, and was absolutely beautiful. This was the perfect place for us to stay during our 4 day winter getaway, as it was very warm and cozy. The apartment owner made it very easy for us to pick up our keys, and he was very accommodating to our requests. We had a very restful sleep because it was a very quiet town (unlike the busy streets of Quebec City). You could easily take a 5 minute ferry ride or a 20 min car drive into the city. Although it snowed 30-50 cm when we were there, the snow was always cleared to make a pathway for us to walk to our car. It was also very convenient to have a free and safe parking spot. We really enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen, as it had everything we needed! The best part was the wonderful view of the Quebec city skyline that we enjoyed while relaxing in the beautiful den. Our stay was better than ANY hotel stay we have ever had, and we have travelled around the world. When coming back to Quebec City, we will definitely come back here! We would like to thank the owners for making our stay a special one!

Beautiful apt close to Old Quebec
This is a charming apartment rental in the pretty town of Lévis, just a short ferry ride from the heart of the tourist area of Quebec City. This means that we had all the comforts of home (parking, privacy, a full, beautiful kitchen and bathroom, laundry, full-service grocery stores nearby, etc.) away from the busyness and noise of the city, but accessible to everything. The owners are not on the premises but are easily accessible and very friendly and accommodating. The ferry was a short walk away and is only a short ride straight into lower town. This is a beautiful way to enter Quebec City. The town of Lévis itself has a few attractions of its own as well.

Une grosse déception... Le couchage est une honte pour un 3,5 étoile ! Le divan lit est défoncé sur un côté, il n'y a pas de store ou de double rideaux, les oreillers sont inconfortables, la climatisation trop légère. La description est mensongère, à aucun moment il n'est stipulé que vous devez prendre le traversier pour rejoindre le vieux quebec Vous êtes â. 2,4 km du vieux quebec en payant chaque aller en traversier. Ce logement est largement surévalué. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Les extérieurs de la maison sont laissés à l'abandon.
