"Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

"The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. As a bonus, the people in the fruit and vegetable stand outside were extremely nice to us. The parking was easy to access, just outside of the ZTL.
