"The apartment is clean, quiet (use the shutters) and has all you need for your stay. It is near to local cafes (try Bombo for a friendly breakfast) and bars, and the beach and beach front restaurants are within a few minutes walk. A great bonus is the bus stop into the centre which is almost outside the front door. Use the EMT Valencia App to avoid waiting. Christof was a very helpful host. "

"Awesome home within walking distance of all the sights in the old town. Only issue was tricky door into apartment. You have to turn the key wayyyyyyyyy past what you think to actually unlock the entire door. Took a few tries and some moments of thinking we were locked out to figure things out. Otherwise excellent home, but could use some basic bathroom amenities on arrival, i.e., soap....."

"The apartment was very clean and excellent location. Very good communication from our host. The only problem was the apartment was very noisy. The upstairs neighbors talked and argued until 1 am every day and you could hear them walking around and opening and closing closet doors. The hallways echoed and you could hear everyone coming and going at all hours slamming their doors. It’s a shame because everything else was great. "

"Everything was perfect, apartment is really big and spacious. Location perfect, we used public transport only for going to the beach and Oceanografic. "Really enjoyed our week long stay. The owners who are next door were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment had everything you need for a longer stay (including a supermarket 40 metres away) and was very comfortable. It’s a leisurely 10 minute walk to the old town although buses and trams are nearby and very frequent. If you prefer to eat locally there are decent tapas bars in the neighbourhood.For the price, this was great value accommodation."
