"This is a cute little apartment right near the city center, train stations (estacio del nord and Joaquín Sorolla) & the plaza del toros. Very clean and well equipped. Beautiful terraza. Would recommend highly."

"Lots of space to spread out in this apartment. This was a fun place that was very close to the train station. Downtown was walkable and beautiful. It was very clean and nice. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs. You climb a good 4 stories to get to this apartment. We didn’t mind and knew that up front but if stairs are not your thing then consider another location. Otherwise, this is a great place to rest as you see València. "

"Juan was a great host for my group of friends and I while we stayed at this great VRBO. The apartment is true to the photos and it's a nice space for a group of 10 people with 2.5 bathrooms. The location is nice because you can walk to old town and you have easy access to the river park in Valencia. 3 of us rented bikes downstairs at the apartment and biked all the way down the park to the port and finally to the beach while the rest of the group took taxis to get there. Highly recommend...

"Great location and straight forward to check in. It had everything we needed and a lovely, spacious private patio area which was perfect. Really close to shops, restaurants, the metro, Botanical and Turia gardens all really worth a visit. The safe didn’t work though and the door to the patio garden didn’t lock. It’s quite noisy as people come back from a night out as you can here people very clearly in the corridor from you room but other than that all was good."

"Nice old building right in the old town. clean and comfortable. Good bed with blackout curtains. on a quiet street but the street goes right past the bedroom so there is a little street noise. Small issue with the bathroom - water leaks from the shower onto the floor - but not a big deal for a couple of days"

"The appartement was very clean, the process to acess the appartement was clear and easy. The appartement had a smell of cigarette. The location is about 10-15 minutes walk from beach. The neighborhood is not great, not clean and looks poor. The overall experience was not bad, but I would not go back."
